This work is deeply personal.

I'm Nicole Chetcuti; an Integrated Somatic Trauma Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, and Sound Healing Practitioner. I built Keep Aligning Within because I know what it feels like to be disconnected from your own body, stuck in survival mode for years, and desperate for something that actually works. The shift came when I stopped trying to think my way out of it and started working with my body instead of against it. That understanding changed everything. It's what I'm here to give you.
