I didn't find this work. It found me.

For years, I lived in a body that was always braced for the next thing. Functioning externally. Accomplished. Dependable. But internally? Wired, exhausted, and completely disconnected from how I actually felt. I tried all of it; the sleep hygiene routines, the journaling prompts, the supplements, the therapy. And some of it helped. But nothing reached the part of me that was living in a constant state of low-grade emergency. That was my nervous system. And until I learned how to actually work with it, nothing changed at the root.

 

Somatic therapy and nervous system education changed everything for me. Learning to read the signals my body had been sending for years; the tension, the reactivity, the fog and understanding what they actually meant gave me something no amount of willpower ever had: a way back to myself.

Keep Aligning Within exists because this work is not widely accessible enough. Most people are navigating chronic stress, burnout, and emotional overload with tools designed for the surface — and wondering why nothing sticks.

My work is body-first. Science-informed. Accessible without being watered-down. I work 1:1 with women and men separately — because the nervous systems of men and women respond differently, and healing is not one-size-fits-all. What I offer is a safe, private space to slow down, tune in, and begin changing the pattern — not just managing the symptoms.

We start with the body, not the mind. Somatic tools: breath, movement, sensation awareness — create change at the level where stress actually lives. The insights follow.

Gender-Specific Spaces

The Lanai and The Den are separate for a reason. Men and women process stress, emotion, and embodiment differently. Each space is designed for how your nervous system actually works.

No Fixing. No Forcing.

This is not a program to push through. There are no performance metrics here. We work at the pace your nervous system can actually integrate — because that's the only pace that creates real change.

Private, 1:1 Only

Every session is private. No group dynamics, no performing for anyone. Just you and the work — in a space that is genuinely safe enough to actually feel what you've been carrying.
