WORKING TOGETHER
BEGIN WITH A DISCOVERY CALL
This work is designed for people seeking sustainable, nervous system–led change, not quick fixes.
Rather than focusing on stories, diagnoses, or analysis, the work centers on direct nervous system regulation through body-based practices, education, and real-life integration.
If this approach feels aligned, the next step is a Discovery Call.
This brief conversation offers clarity and direction, so you can choose the NSR program that best fits your needs, without pressure.

HOW SUPPORT IS STRUCTURED
All support is offered through live, structured Nervous System Regulation (NSR) programs.
These programs are:
-
Skills-based and experiential
-
Delivered in small-group cohort settings
-
Designed for consistency, integration, and real-life application
Each program follows a clear framework, meets regularly over a defined period, and is capped to maintain safety, containment, and quality of support.
This work is educational and present-moment focused; not therapy, diagnosis, or trauma processing.
TYPES OF SUPPORT I OFFER
Support is offered through three distinct
NSR applications:
-
Regulation Recovery
Self-regulation and survival mode recovery for individuals -
The Regulated Relationship: Adult & Child
Adult-led co-regulation to support emotional safety with children -
The Regulated Relationship: Couples
Nervous system–led communication and partnership support
Each program applies the same NSR framework to different relational contexts; within yourself, with children, or within intimate partnership.
WHO THIS WORK IS BEST SUITED FOR
This work is best suited for people who:
-
Feel stuck in stress, burnout, or reactivity
-
Want practical regulation tools, not just insight
-
Are willing to take responsibility for their nervous system responses
-
Value consistency, structure, and embodied change
-
Want support that is grounded, non-pathologizing, and skills-based
This work may not be a fit for those seeking quick fixes, therapy, or someone to “fix” another person.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM WORKING TOGETHER
THIS WORK IS STRUCTURED, INTENTIONAL, AND GROUNDED IN NERVOUS SYSTEM CAPACITY.
NOT URGENCY OR EMOTIONAL INTENSITY.
You can expect:
-
Clear frameworks and guided practices
-
Consistent support within a defined container
-
Emphasis on regulation, responsibility, and integration
-
A pace that prioritizes safety over speed
You will not be asked to share personal trauma or disclose more than feels appropriate.
Participation is always invitational, and self-agency is respected throughout.
This work is most effective when approached with curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to practice outside of sessions.
If you’re feeling unsure about where to begin, a brief discovery call can help clarify the best next step.
