STEP ONE
To help create a grounded, intentional space, this Discovery Call includes a $25 booking fee.
This fee is not payment for therapy or services. It simply helps ensure mutual commitment and presence.

The $25 fee is credited toward enrollment if you decide to move forward

The credit may be applied within 7 days of your Discovery Call

If you choose not to enroll, the fee is not refunded

STEP TWO
After your Discovery Call, you’ll also receive The Aligned Menu, a digital nervous system regulation PDF designed to support daily grounding and integration.

At the end of our call, one of three things will happen:

We’ll name a supportive next step together.

I’ll recommend a specific container or program if it feels aligned and you will have time to make your decision

We’ll acknowledge that now may not be the right time and that’s okay.
There is no obligation to move forward.
