I’m Nicole Chetcuti, an Integrated Somatic Trauma Practitioner, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT), and Sound Healing Practitioner.
I partner with aligned spaces to offer grounding, nervous system–supportive classes and workshops for both adults and children.

SIGNATURE FOCUS AREAS
While each collaboration is tailored, my work consistently centers around the following focus areas:
Somatic Yoga & Mindful Movement
Gentle, grounding movement practices that integrate breath, body awareness, and nervous system education. Sessions are accessible, trauma-informed, and designed to support regulation and embodiment rather than performance.
Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness (Ages 6–12)
Developmentally appropriate classes that support emotional regulation, body awareness, and confidence through movement, breath, imagination, and play.
Nervous System Regulation & Burnout Recovery Workshops
Educational and experiential offerings that help participants understand how stress impacts the nervous system and how to gently support regulation, resilience, and recovery.

Sound Healing & Evening Yoga Nidra

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you offer in-person services?
I’m currently based in Pennsylvania and available for in-person offerings within the region, as well as virtual classes and workshops via Zoom.
Do you work with beginners?
Yes. My work is intentionally accessible and beginner-friendly. You don’t need any prior yoga or meditation experience to participate.
Can we start small with a one-time class or workshop?
Absolutely. Many partners begin with a one-time workshop or series to get a feel for how their community responds.
Do you provide marketing support for events?
Yes. I can provide a class or workshop description, a short bio, and suggested marketing language to help you promote the offering to your community.
