Soul Diving™ is a self-paced online course and guided workbook designed to support self-discovery, insight, and awareness. Soul Diving™ is reflective in nature; it supports understanding, clarity, and meaning-making, but it is not designed to regulate the nervous system or resolve survival-based activation on its own.
