SELF-REGULATION & SURVIVAL MODE RECOVERY

WINTER COHORT STARTs 3/3, enroll today!

REGULATION

Recovery

Regulation Recovery is a 6-week, skills-based Nervous System Regulation (NSR) program designed to help you restore nervous system capacity, reduce reactivity, and recover from survival mode.

This work focuses on present-moment regulation; which is training your nervous system to respond instead of react under stress, overwhelm, and emotional activation.

This is not therapy.
It is not trauma processing or diagnosis.
It is a practical, body-led approach to self-regulation.

Trauma-informed. Body-based. Structured for real life.

HOW REGULATION RECOVERY WORKS

THE FRAMEWORK

This 6-week program is delivered through my signature framework, The Pit To Peace™, which guides the nervous system through three phases:

RECONGIZE

Learn to identify early nervous system cues before overwhelm takes over.

REGULATE

Practice real-time regulation while stress is present, not after it passes.

RETURN

Train your nervous system to recover and feel safe in the present again.

This framework builds confidence, capacity, and resilience, not dependence.

REGULATION BEFORE RELEASE.
CAPACITY BEFORE CHANGE.

What Changes Through Regulation Recovery

As nervous system capacity increases, participants often experience:

  • Faster recovery from stress and emotional activation

  • Reduced reactivity and fewer emotional spirals

  • Greater clarity, presence, and internal stability

  • Increased ability to respond with intention instead of survival patterns

Change happens through consistent practice, not insight alone.

Program Structure

  • 6-week live cohort

  • 2 sessions per week

  • 1 Morning and 1 evening option

  • Group-based, experiential learning

  • Capped enrollment to maintain safety and containment

Sessions focus on nervous system education, guided regulation practices, and integration support.

IF YOU'RE READY TO STOP MANAGING STRESS MENTALLY AND START TRAINING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM TO RESPOND DIFFERENTLY,

IS THE PLACE TO BEGIN.

WHAT HAPPENS IN REGULATION RECOVERY COHORT SESSIONS

*If deeper therapeutic care is needed, referrals or collaboration are discussed.

WHAT RECOVERY RECOVERY WORKS WITH

Regulation Recovery works directly with the nervous system to build capacity, resilience, and choice in real time.

Focus areas include:

  • Reducing chronic stress and nervous system overload

  • Interrupting fight, flight, freeze, and shutdown patterns

  • Increasing tolerance for discomfort without collapse or reactivity

  • Restoring the ability to return to baseline more efficiently

This work meets you where your nervous system actually is; not where you think it should be.

This is structured, intentional work; not open-ended support.

WHO REGULATION RECOVERY

IS FOR

Regulation Recovery is designed for adults who:

  • Feel stuck in chronic stress, burnout, or survival mode

  • Understand their patterns intellectually but can’t change them in real time

  • Experience emotional reactivity, shutdown, or overwhelm under pressure

  • Want practical regulation tools they can use in daily life

This program supports individuals looking to build internal regulation before applying these skills in parenting, caregiving, or relationship dynamics.

WHAT REGULATION RECOVERY

IS / IS NOT

THIS PROGRAM IS:

  • body-based

  • present-moment

  • structured

  • regulation-focused

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT:

  • psychotherapy

  • trauma processing

  • diagnosis or treatment of mental illness

  • parts therapy

  • crisis support

If you're unsure whether Regulation Recovery is the right starting point, a brief Discovery Call can help determine fit.

If this resonates and sounds like something you've been looking ... enrollment is limited to maintain an intimate learning environment.

Our Winter Cohort begins Tues, March 3rd.
