Cancellation Policy

BOOKING Sessions are held virtually unless otherwise stated. You agree to show up on time; sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Full payment (or your chosen payment plan) is required at the time of booking. CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, LATE POLICY To honor time, energy, and preparation: 24-hour notice is required. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to full session fee in addition to program enrollment. No-shows are charged in full as well. If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, the session becomes a no-show. REFUNDS All sales are final. If you purchased a package, unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled according to availability. EMERGENCIES Life happens. If a true emergency occurs, please email on the site as soon as possible. Accommodation may be considered at my discretion.
