Confidence & Self-Esteem
Children are encouraged to use their voice, trust themselves, recognize their strengths, and know their worth.
Mindfulness & Focus
Children practice slowing down, noticing the present moment, and bringing their attention back to their body and breath.
Movement & Body Awareness
Through yoga and mindful movement, children learn to notice body cues, release energy, and strengthen the mind-body connection.
Friendship & Social Skills
Children practice communication, empathy, cooperation, boundaries, and navigating everyday social situations.
Community Compassion
Children put kindness into action through projects that encourage empathy, gratitude, generosity, and caring for others.
Program Participation & Individual Support
Give your child the gift of confidence, emotional resilience, mindfulness, self-awareness, and practical coping and calming skills through yoga, movement, creative activities, and screen-free connection.
KAW Kids provides a fun, engaging space for children to unwind after the school day, build friendships, explore their emotions, and develop lifelong wellness skills.
Through movement, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and interactive group activities, children learn how to recognize their feelings, manage everyday challenges, practice kindness, and build confidence in themselves.
Our goal is simple: Help children feel good about who they are, understand what they feel, and discover the tools they already have within themselves.
Participation Guidelines
KAW Kids is an independent-participation group class held in a school gym, which can be active and noisy.
One-on-one assistance isn't available during group classes.
For individualized support, private 1:1 regulation sessions are available.
I'm always happy to discuss reasonable accommodations, please email me at nicole@keepaligningwithin.com to discuss your child's specific needs.
