THE PIT TO PEACE teaches you how to move from emotional overwhelm to deep inner stability. With a 1:1 coaching experience focused on nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and resilience-building. If you feel stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, or emotional turmoil, this program provides the tools and personalized support you need to shift toward peace and empowerment.
Through weekly training sessions, we will work on rewiring your responses to stress, processing emotions in a healthy way, and cultivating a sense of safety and inner balance. This includes guided body scans, tension releasing breathwork, somatic regulation tools, anxiety reducing mindfulness practices, and emotional releasing sound healing therapy.
I choose an integration that includes both mind+body for whole self awareness that creates a deeper intimate understanding of the body's communication and to feel your way through the dis-ease when triggers and uncomfortable sensations arise.
The goal throughout this work is to learn healthy and holistic coping skills in which allow you to FEEL, not supress or numb what the body is communication with you. It's telling you something for a reason, and I train you to not only listen, but to respond in a way that is safe, secure, and embodied.

INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC THERAPY IS A "BOTTOM UP" THERAPY THAT SCANS THE BODY FOR FELT SENSATIONS WHILE PROCESSING TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES.
IT IS BOTH MIND+BODY TRAUMA PROCESSING. WITHIN THIS DUALITY, A DEEPER LEVEL OF HEALING CAN TAKE PLACE.
WHEN A PERSON EXPERIENCES A TRAUMATIC EVENT, THE BODY STORES IT AS A "MEMORY" DEEP WITHIN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. THIS IS WHY UNHEALED TRAUMA CAN CONTINUE TO TRIGGER PEOPLE YEARS AFTER THE ACTUAL EVENT TOOK PLACE.
INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC TRAUMA THERAPY IS AN INCREDIBLE TOOL FOR BOTH PROCESSING+HEALING TRAUMA WITHIN THE MIND+BODY WORKING TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME.
Weekly 1:1 Training Sessions
THE PIT TO PEACE WILL COACH AND TRAIN YOU IN WEEKLY,
1 HOUR SESSIONS ON HOW TO RELEASE ARRESTED EMOTIONS THAT ARE HELD WITHIN THE BODY THAT EFFECT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
WE WILL TARGET TRAUMATIC EVENTS ON A SCALE OF 1-10 AND SLOWLY WORK THE BODY OUT OF SURVIVAL MODE AND RESTORE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM TO KNOW ITS NO LONGER IN DANGER. WE DO THIS WITH KEEP ALIGNING WITHIN'S "PENDULUM PROCESSING".
AFTER YOUR TRAUMA TRAINING PROGRAM IS COMPLETED, YOU WILL HAVE A CALM+RESTORED NERVOUS SYSTEM AND BE WELL ON YOUR WAY TO LIVING A LIFE OF EMOTIONAL FREEDOM AND PEACE.
