BODY SCAN
We arrive in the body first. A guided scan to notice what's present before we begin — tension, sensation, emotion, numbness. No pressure to feel anything in particular.

RETURN METHOD™ TEACHING
A direct lesson in the phase we're in: Recognize, Regulate, or Return applied to where the cohort is in the program arc that week.

WORKBOOK LESSON REVIEW
We open the lesson together. Processing, sharing, and deepening what came up between sessions in the written work.

BOOK GROUP DISCUSSION
"The Mountain Is You": the assigned chapter meets the lesson. Where the words on the page land in the body this week.

GROUP PRACTICE
A somatic or breathwork practice done together; witnessed, held, and integrated in the group field. This is where the shift happens.
06
GUIDED MEDITATION + SOUND BATH
Every session ends with a live mindfulness meditation and sound bath led by Nicole. Your body's signal that the work is complete for this week.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A COHORT?
The founding cohort is capped at 10 people. This is intentional, the container only works when it's intimate enough to create real safety and witness.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
All sessions are recorded and available in the program portal. Life happens. The expectation is consistent presence, but missing a session occasionally won't derail your progress.

IS THIS THERAPY? DO I NEED A THERAPIST?
This is not therapy and Nicole is not a therapist. Sōma+Soul™ is a somatic education and coaching program. Many participants work alongside a therapist, and we encourage it.

I'VE NEVER DONE SOMATIC WORK BEFORE. IS THIS OKAY FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes. The program starts with foundational Recognize work, learning to feel and name what's happening in the body. You don't need prior experience. You need curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT PER WEEK?
The live session are 90-mins per week. Add workbook time, assigned reading, and your own integration practice, realistically 3–4 hours per week total.

WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY DONE ALOT OF HEALING WORK?
Prior work means you're ready to go deeper. Sōma+Soul™ doesn't start over, it goes underneath. Many participants have years of therapy, coaching, or spiritual practice and find this work reaches somewhere nothing else has.
